Policies & guidelines

At Pure Skin by Renee, every service is approached with intention, presence, and care. These policies are in place to honor both your time and mine, and to ensure each client receives the most supportive experience possible. 

Appointments & Booking:

  • All appointments must be booked 48 hrs in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. 

  • New clients are encouraged to begin with a Virtual Consultation of In-person consultation + Customized Facial for a proper assessment and personalized care. 

  • Booking in advance ensures your time is reserved and allows me to be properly prepared for a calm, uninterrupted experience. 

Deposit & Payment:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $40 is required for all in-studio appointments to secure your spot. 

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of service. You may choose to pay the full service amount at booking. 

  • No refunds are issued.  

    Deposits and payments ensure your time is reserved and allows me to provide the highest level of care for every client. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling: 

  • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 

  • 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48-hour notice will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 

  • Paid-in-full payments are subject to the same 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled within 48-hour will be converted to a service credit for 90 days.  

  • No shows will be blocked from further bookings and may be charged full amount of service. 

 This policy allows me to maintain a calm, intentional schedule for all clients. 

Late Arrival Policy: 

Please arrive on time. 

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other clients. 

  • Full service pricing still applies.

  • Virtual appointments start at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may not extend beyond the booked slot. 

Health & Wellness Considerations:

Please disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, skin treatments, and allergies prior to your appointment. This ensures safe, tailored, and oncology-friendly care when needed. 

Respectful Environment:

Pure Skin by Renee is a calm, intentional space. 

Disrespectful behavior, excessive lateness, or repeated policy violations may result in refusal of future bookings. 

These policies exist to support a thoughtful, unrushed experience, where your skin and nervous system are both cared for. Thank you for trusting me with your skin – your time, health, and care are valued.
